I recommend adding some Teflon tape around the mandrel and then slipping your ring over the tape for a snug fit.
These are 3D Printed in PLA and since they are plastic I do not recommend that you use this on a high speed lathe. Aggressive use may damage these parts.
They are 2 piece <mandrel and shank> that are friction fit together. You may add thin CA if you want a tougher connection.
