At Bentwood Ring Supplies, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from our website. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Standard 30-Day Policy)

This section applies to all payment methods except Klarna.

  • You may return eligible items purchased from Bentwood Ring Supplies within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at Thomas@bentwoodringsupplies.com within the 30-day period.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photographs (if the item is damaged or defective)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to complete the refund.

5. Exclusions

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged due to misuse, or missing parts may be denied.
  • Bentwood Ring Supplies reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

8. Klarna Purchases – Special Return Policy (Required)

The following terms apply only to orders paid using Klarna. These terms do not apply to other payment methods.

Right to Return

Items purchased with Klarna may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging and condition

Due to sanitary and product-safety standards, opened or used items cannot be accepted for return under Klarna’s policy.

Free Return Shipping

Klarna purchases qualify for free return postage. A prepaid return label will be provided once your return request is approved.

How to Start a Klarna Return

Include:

  • Your Klarna order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Confirmation that each item is unopened and unused

Refund Timeline for Klarna Orders

  • Refunds for Klarna purchases are issued within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • No restocking fees
  • No exchanges or store credit for Klarna returns
  • Refunds are issued only to the original Klarna payment agreement

These rules are required to comply with Klarna’s buyer-protection and merchant-protection standards.
