    We offer Ring Blanks, Inlay Materials, Tools, and Equipment for the aspiring ring maker to the professional artisan. Whether you're just starting or producing at scale, we've got what you need to build high-quality rings.
  • Do you offer custom sizing for ring blanks?
    Yes. We sell and promote the use of our Comfort Fit Ring Sizers to help you find the perfect fit before you commit to a ring blank. Using a proper sizing tool helps prevent costly mistakes and ensures your rings won’t have to be remade due to incorrect sizing.
  • Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
    Yes. We offer automatic tiered discounts starting at $100 — the more you spend, the more you save. If you’re interested in larger wholesale quantities or custom bulk orders, reach out to us directly to start the conversation.
  • How long does it take to process and ship my order?
    We typically process small orders within 1–2 business days. Larger orders may take 2–4 days. Orders that include a Slow Speed Ring Turner may take up to 5 days, as each unit is manufactured and assembled in-house.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship to most countries. To check if we ship to your location, simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout — if your country is eligible, it will appear as a shipping option.
  • Do you accept returns or exchanges?
    Yes. We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. We only ask that the item be returned in the same condition it was shipped in — unused and in new condition.
  • What if I have an issue with my order or something arrives damaged?
    We’ll take care of you. Just reach out through our contact form or send us an email — we’re committed to making it right.
  • What tools do I need to start making rings?

    Yes! We have a growing YouTube channel full of tutorials, as well as several written guides available on our blog.
  • Can I see what finished rings look like using your materials?
    Absolutely. Our sister brand, Form & Forge Designs, features finished rings made with the very materials we offer here at BRS.
  • Do you offer a subscription box?

  • Do you offer gift cards or gift options?
    Yes. We offer digital gift cards that can be emailed directly to the recipient — perfect for birthdays, holidays, or treating a fellow maker.
  • Can I request a custom ring blank or material mix?
    We’re working on offering custom ring blank options in the future. In the meantime, we recommend experimenting with material mixes on your own.
  • Are your materials safe to wear or work with?
    While many of our materials are commonly used in jewelry making, we always recommend exercising caution. Use protective equipment and work in a well-ventilated space.
  • Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
    Yes — as long as you contact us before your order ships, we’re happy to help.
  • Do you charge sales tax or import duties?
    We charge sales tax on orders shipped to North Carolina. International customers may be responsible for import duties or taxes depending on their country.
  • What ring sizes do you offer?
    Our standard range includes sizes 4–15 (including half sizes). Stainless Steel 8/4 Channel Rings are also available up to size 20.
  • Do you offer any kind of warranty or guarantee?
    Our Slow Speed Ring Turner comes with a 90-day warranty. We’ll repair or replace it if something goes wrong within that window.
  • Can I become a brand ambassador or collaborate with BRS?
    Absolutely! We have an affiliate program and love working with creators on YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Can I sell rings I make with your materials?
    Yes! Everything we sell is designed to help you make and sell rings.
  • Where are you located?
    We’re based in North Carolina, USA.

  • Do your prices ever change?
    Occasionally, yes. We try to keep pricing stable, but changes in material costs and tariffs can affect our prices.
  • Do you offer any discounts or sales?
    Yes! We offer automatic tiered discounts:
    – $100+ = 10% off
    – $200+ = 15% off
    – $350+ = 20% off
    – $500+ = 25% off

    We also run sales and offer bundles and subscription boxes at special prices.
  • How do I know if an item is back in stock or discontinued?
    If an item is out of stock, you’ll see a “Notify me when back in stock” option on the product page. Fill it out and we’ll let you know!
  • Can I get notified about new products or limited drops?
    Yes — join our email list to stay updated on new product launches, restocks, and exclusive drops.
  • Do you accept custom tool requests or product suggestions?
    Yes, we welcome them! We may not be able to make every idea happen, but we love hearing from our community.
  • Do you offer laser engraving or customization services?
    Yes! We laser engrave text, logos, handwriting, and even fingerprints on the inside of ring blanks. Reach out to customize your order.
  • Do you offer instructions or guides for using your tools?
    We’re actively building a library of product spotlights on YouTube. Our goal is to have a video guide for every major tool we sell.
  • Do you offer replacement parts or repairs for your tools?
    Yes — especially for the Slow Speed Ring Turner and other tools with replaceable parts. Reach out if something breaks or wears down.
  • Are your ring blanks compatible with UV resin, CA glue, or epoxy?
    Yes! All of the above work with our blanks — choose what fits your project best.
