 You’ll be charged immediately when you sign up, regardless of when you subscribe.

  This confirms your spot and locks in your first box.

  After that, your subscription renews automatically on the 1st of each month.

 Your first box will ship shortly after the next anchor day, which is the 1st of each month.

  For example, if you sign up on July 25th, your first box will ship shortly after August 1st.

  If you sign up on August 5th, your box will ship shortly after September 1st.

  All future boxes ship after each monthly renewal on the 1st.

We aim to ship everything within the first week of the month.

Yes — we currently ship to select countries including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. We do not currently ship to the European Union due to recent VAT and import regulation changes, and we avoid high-risk countries that restrict fossil material exports or imports.

If your country is on our ship list, you're good to go. We handle all customs labeling in-house and include documentation for any specialty materials (like fossil inlay), so your box gets to you with minimal hassle.

What if I’m outside those countries?

If you live in a country we don't currently ship fossil materials to — but still want to subscribe — we’ve got you covered. We’ll automatically substitute any fossil-based materials with alternative inlay materials that match the month's theme. You'll still get a full kit and an awesome ring-making experience, just with components that can clear customs in your region.

Yes — you can update your ring size anytime before the 25th of the month (or 5 days before our anchor day) depending on the month

  At signup, we also collect a second and third size as backups.

  If your first choice is unavailable, we’ll automatically use your backups in priority order.

The size you select when checking out for your initial subscription becomes the primary size associated with your account. You can update this at any time from your subscription profile.

If you don’t make a new size selection before the 25th of the month:

We’ll use your current default size from signup

If that size is out of stock, we’ll move to your second or third choice (if provided)

If none are available, we’ll contact you before fulfillment

 Yes — you can skip any month before the 25th from your customer portal.

  When you skip, we’ll issue store credit equal to the box value (ex: $50).

    Store credit is processed within 3 business days

    You’ll be notified by email when it's ready

    You can use credit on tools, materials, or future boxes

Each subscription includes one box per cycle during the first few months.

You can purchase multiple subscriptions if you'd like more than one box — there’s no limit on how many you can sign up for, but stock is limited by size and theme availability.

We’ll also release any leftover stock into a subscriber-only restock area after each box ships. This restock zone is first-come, first-served and only accessible to active subscribers.

In a future update, you’ll be able to add multiple boxes directly to your subscription each month.

 Yes — active subscribers receive 15% off all BRS tools, materials, and supplies.

  The discount is applied automatically at checkout while your subscription is active.

Bare in mind that these may not stack with our automatic discounts or bundles.

  Yes — after each month’s boxes ship, we release remaining items in a private Restock Collection.

  Active subscribers get first access.

We will restock these items as we are able and keep past ring designs available for as long as possible.

After signing up, you’ll get a login link to your subscription portal.

  From there, you can:

    Change your ring size

    Skip a month

    Update your shipping information

    Update your payment method

    Increase box quantity (future update)

    Cancel anytime
