Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Larger orders may take 2–4 days.
Orders that include a Slow Speed Ring Turner may take up to 5 days, as each unit is manufactured and assembled in-house.
Processing time refers to the time before your order ships and does not include carrier transit times.

During peak periods—such as holidays, major sales, or high-volume weeks—our processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days. Carrier transit times with USPS, UPS, and DHL may also be longer during these periods. We recommend placing orders early during busy seasons to ensure timely delivery.

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it once additional shipping cost is covered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked Delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
However, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with USPS, UPS, or DHL.
If your package appears delayed or lost before delivery, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
