Bentwood Ring Supplies is not responsible for your use of engraved designs in violation of third-party intellectual property rights. You assume full legal responsibility for any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from designs you upload, including claims from copyright or trademark holders, intellectual property infringement lawsuits, damages, and attorney fees. Bentwood Ring Supplies will not defend, indemnify, or hold you harmless from any such claims.
