Gear Inlay Cards

60+ interlocking gear pieces per card for building mechanical-looking ring inlays.

These Gear Inlay Cards were used in the September 2025 BRS Subscription Box ring, Machina. Each card carries more than 60 punch-out gears in large and small formats.

Gears of the same size share the same tooth pattern, so large pieces interlock with large and small pieces interlock with small. That lets you lay out a ring that reads like an actual gear train rather than random circles.

Gently punch the gears from the card, dry-fit the mechanical pattern in your channel, and use matching-size teeth when you want pieces to interlock. Secure the layout only after you are happy with the arrangement.
