Ring Mandrel Set
A full set of BRS finishing mandrels for holding rings on the Slow Speed Ring Turner.
These BRS ring mandrels slide onto the Slow Speed Ring Turner and work with the matching Mandrel Stand. They give you a simple inside hold while a ring rotates for exterior finishing.Each mandrel is 3D printed in PLA and uses a two-piece friction-fit mandrel and shank. A Mandrel Stand is available as an option.

Setup and use
Wrap the mandrel with PTFE tape before sliding the ring into place; the tape helps create a snug fit and protects the mandrel during CA finishing.
Do not use these PLA mandrels as aggressive high-speed lathe tooling. If you want a stronger permanent joint between the mandrel and shank, thin CA can be added.
