About this product
Surefit Comfort Fit Wide Band Ring Sizers
Comfort-fit sizers in multiple widths so the sizing tool can match the ring you are actually making.
Ring size is only part of fit. Band width and interior profile change how a ring feels, which is why Surefit uses comfort-fit sizers in multiple widths instead of asking one generic sizing set to represent every finished ring.Use the same width the customer plans to buy, then make the finished ring to match the position of that sizer on your own ring mandrel. This reduces disagreement between different sizing tools and gives you a direct shop reference.

Before you build
- Width mattersMatch the finished bandDifferent band widths can fit differently even at the same nominal ring size.
- ProfileComfort FitMatches the profile used on many BRS blanks instead of a standard-fit sizing ring.
- AccuracyBatch checkedBRS requires each sizer to be within at least 0.1mm; most measure within 0.05mm.
- Shop referenceMatch your own mandrelUse the same physical sizer to translate the customer's fit to your tooling.
Setup and use
Size the client with the same width as the finished ring whenever possible. Once you know the correct Surefit size, use that physical sizer as the reference against your own mandrel rather than assuming two different sizing tools are calibrated identically.
When checking a sizer with calipers, use very light pressure; the plastic can flex enough to create a false measurement. Do not leave the sizers where temperatures may approach 55°C / 131°F.
