Thin CA - 2oz - MERCURY ADHESIVES

Very low viscosity CA that wicks through tight inlay and cures fast.

Mercury M5T is a very low viscosity cyanoacrylate developed for fast wicking. It runs into close-fitting joints, crushed inlay, and fine gaps before curing quickly.

On the ring-making bench, this is the CA for saturating an inlay and for building thin finishing coats where you want the glue to flow rather than sit on top.

Recommended use

Bond time is extremely fast, so have the material positioned before the glue reaches it. For inlays, let the thin CA wick through the material instead of flooding one heavy layer.

For CA finishes, build thin coats and allow each coat to cure before adding the next. Accelerator can shorten the wait between coats.
